This is my alternative view: According to Lev. 23 there are three harvests: the first fruit (pesach), the wheat (sebaot) and the grapes (around tabernacles). The first fruit is the rapture, the wheat are the saints under the tribulation and the grapes are the goddless under God's wrath. There are two 'raptures', the first one of the Bride, the second one of the sinners to be thrown into the lake of fire (winepress). He refers to it as two are in the field, one is picked up (lambano), one is left behind. The left behind are the chosen ones who will surive to inhabit the earth in the Millenium Reign. Rapture When? The Dead Are Raised First [1 Thess 4:15] We who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will not precede those who have died. Therefore, the Rapture cannot take place before the dead are raised. The Bible tells us WHEN the dead are raised [1 Cor 15:52] "at the Last Trumpet". Also, we are told this takes place on "the Last Day" [John 11:24, 6:39, 6:40, 6:44, 6:54,12:48]. Then, we are also told this takes place “after the tribulation” [Matt 24:29, Mark 13:34]. The Rapture cannot take place before the dead are raised - the dead shall rise first. Therefore you cannot have a Rapture (of the living believers) until the dead are raised first, placing the timing of the Rapture after the dead are raised, at the Last Trumpet, on the Last Day, after the tribulation...just like the Bible explains it. Note also that the first resurrection is mentioned in Rev 20:5 - and this is when the Rapture also takes place (because the dead in Christ must rise first). We need to embrace and understand these plain statements from the Bible. The Bible states that Jesus returns “with His angels” (not with His “saints” - human saints) in at least 4 passages of Scripture: [Matthew 24:31, Matt 13:39-43, Mark 8:38, 1Thess 4:16-17]. The word, "saints" in Jude 1:14 and 1 Thess 3:13, is a reference to "angels" (holy ones - Strong's G40 Hagios) - not human saints, but "angels" are also called "saints" or "holy ones" (Deut 33:2, Ps 68:17). The LORD came from Sinai…and He came with ten thousands of “saints”. From His right hand went a fiery Law for them. [Deut 33:2] Who were these “saints”? The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of “angels”, the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the Holy Place. [Ps 68:17] Please share this with everyone.
